10 Steps to Selling Your Home

STEP 3→ Prepare Property → It is important to get your house”market ready” and in the best possible
showing and selling condition! How your house looks will have a huge impact on how quickly it sells and the price in which it will sell.
STEP 4→ Marketing Strategy→ When you house “market ready” we will activate your listing and implement our marketing plan to expose your home to the most qualified buyers!
STEP 5→ Receive and Offer→ We will present all offers to you as they are received. Prior to contacting you, we will review all offers terms, conditions, and contingencies to be met so we can discuss them with you and best assist you in making a decision.
STEP 6→ Negotiating to Sell→ Most offers to purchase your house will require some negotiation to come to a win-win agreement. We will represent you throughout this process and explain all terms of the offer to make sure you fully understand. Our job is to protect your best interests throughout negotiations.
STEP 7 → Sell→ Once you have accepted an offer adn gone into contact, we will coordinate all of the
necessary steps to proceed to closing. We have an administrative coordinator who will work with you to prepare timelines and monitor key details.
STEP 8→ Prepare to Close→ As soon as your house is in firm contract, we will select a title company to
begin the completion of necessary forms and documents to sell and transfer ownership. We will work with all parties to make sure closing can proceed as planned.
STEP 9→ Closing→ Based on terms agreed on during negotiations, you may be required to have work done prior to closing. We will be present during closing and mediate any last minute issues that may arise.
STEP 10→ Post Closing→ Congratulations! The property and anything assigned to the buyers per the
contract should be prepared for the new owners. Possession to the buyers will be granted based on the terms of the contract.
